We have recently introduced the SoftSpace 12 point commitment to help us guide client relationships and projects in the direction of trust and longevity. Our 12 Point Commitment: 1. All quotes are to be in writing. 2. All design projects must be accompanied by a sign off drawing including dimensions, material suggestions and multiple views. 3. No changes to design projects, work orders or proposals will be done unless in writing and approved first by a SoftSpace account/project manager and then our client. 4. Proofs are done for all print projects and design projects with client supplied or SoftSpace created Artwork, and proof signoff sheets will be sent with every proof shipment. 5. Proofs must be seen and signed off by a SoftSpace account/project manager or designer prior to shipping of proof. 6 All projects will be set up and inspected for quality of craftsmanship and accuracy of design (by the SoftSpace lead designer or account/project manager). 7. Pictures will be taken of final product prior to shipping. 8. Care Kit will be sent with each product when applicable (i.e., additional knockdown fasteners and pins, fabric care gloves, inserts, etc ) Tool kit fee may apply to some projects. 9. SoftSpace Production Manager will perform a final check from the project checklist and will sign the Packing Slip prior to shipping (a copy of signed packing slip to be included with the shipment). 10. Packing Slips to be included in all shipments. 11. Tracking numbers will be sent to client at time of shipping (done through the UPS or FedEx online system a SoftSpace Account/Project Manager to be included as CC). 12. A phone call will be made by the SoftSpace Administrative support team to assure product has arrived and has been checked in by client within 48 hours of shipping. 13. 14. 15. make a suggestion- we believe in good partnerships built on good feedback and we are open to any and all suggestions. |
